mypropertee is a global, community-driven land ownership and survey platform. It lets you document land claims with precise polygon boundaries, protect against property fraud, and connect with other claimants.
Download the app, create an account, then open the Map tab. Tap the + button to start drawing your property boundary — you can tap GPS points on the map or enter survey coordinates manually. Once your polygon is complete, follow the steps to confirm your location and submit your claim.
A verified claim means the claimant has passed identity verification (NIN in Nigeria) and paid the verification fee. Verified claims appear in search results, making them discoverable to buyers, leasees, and other interested parties.
Yes. As the primary claimant, you can invite co-claimants, heirs, caretakers, and leasees to your claim. Each role has different permissions that you control. Use the Stakeholders section on your claim detail screen to manage them.
If another user submits a claim that overlaps yours, your claim status changes to "challenged." You'll be notified, and a dispute record is created. Both parties can communicate through the app. Serious disputes can be escalated to formal legal resolution. All records are permanent and immutable.
Yes. Search results only return claimant IDs, never names. Your legal name (from identity verification) is stored privately and never shown publicly. You control when and with whom you share your identity through the in-app identity reveal feature.
mypropertee supports 47 countries, with a primary focus on Nigeria and Africa. Full identity verification (NIN) is currently available for Nigeria. Support for additional countries and ID types is being added progressively.
mypropertee uses a wallet system. You fund your wallet via Paystack (card or bank transfer) and use the balance to pay for verification and search services. We do not store card details — all payments are processed securely by Paystack.
