- Payment information: Transactions are processed by Paystack. We do not store card details.
- Device information: Device type and OS version for troubleshooting.

Permissions We Request
- Camera: To photograph property documents and land for claim submissions.
- Photo Library: To upload existing documents and images for claims.
- Location: To accurately place property boundaries on the map.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Paystack – for payment processing
- Supabase – for secure database storage
- AWS – for document and photo storage
- Government or legal authorities when required by law
Data Retention
Land claim records are retained permanently as part of the immutable property registry. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting us, though claim records will remain in the registry.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Children's Privacy
mypropertee is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
